WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!

We understand that pets are family too! Well-behaved pets are allowed but kindly keep them out of the bedrooms. Please ensure your furry companions are trained.

We ask that you please let us know before your stay if you are bringing a pet with you so we can make the necessary arrangements.

EXTRA PET FEE CHARGE
Php 500 will be imposed since pets require extra cleaning and vacuuming.

PET RULES

To maintain the cleanliness of our home, we have implemented the following guidelines:

Only small, house-trained furry friends are allowed inside the house.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, especially those with allergy concerns, fur babies are not allowed in the bedrooms, on sofas, and beds.
We will be requesting an extra P500 pet fee for extra cleaning and vacuuming necessary to keep our space fresh and welcoming.
Any damages caused by our PAWtners will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Farm Animals

Please be mindful of our farm animals and refrain from entering their pens. If you’d like to assist with feeding, kindly coordinate with our caretaker.

Items for Sale

We have a selection of plants, herbs, anthuriums, and seedlings for sale. Please ask our caretaker to show you what's available.

Board Games & Outdoor Play

We offer a 2-bedroom tent for P500, which includes the use of an airbed.

Fishing rods are also available for rent at P200 per rod, ideal for catch and release at our tilapia pond

UPON ARRIVAL

You will be greeted by our caretaker, who will guide you with parking your vehicles and usher you inside. Please log in to our guestbook and present your IDs as requested.

Check out time is at 12 NOON

LAUNDRY

Please place all towels in the bathroom and beddings left in the bedroom.

PERISHABLES AND LEFTOVERS

Anything left in the fridge or counter will be disposed of for sanitary reasons.

Strict adherence is requested. However, if you would like to request an earlier check-in time, or a later check-out time, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our caretakers try to be as dedicated to ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

HOME GUIDE

Samsung SMART TV

Turn on the TV and click on the Mode button to get to the HDMI-1 screen. From there you can access Netflix, YouTube etc.

NETFLIX

Click on the Netflix button on the remote to access the app. You can use our guest profile on Netflix to watch movies and TV shows. Netflix is already logged in.

Outdoor Projector

Please ask our caretaker to assist with setting this up for you. An outdoor screen will be arranged, along with a projector and Bluetooth speaker, so you can either enjoy a movie under the stars or have fun singing karaoke.

Heater

Each bathroom is equipped with a water heater. If you experience any issues with it, please feel free to ask our caretaker for assistance..

House Rules

These are following house rules you ask that you abide in our Airbnb premises.

✔ Guest Authorization: Only the confirmed number of guests on the booking are permitted at Casa Manta. A reservation accommodates up to 16 guests, with an additional charge of P750 per person per night for any extra guests, up to a maximum of 21 guests. Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count.
✔ No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Feel free to use designated outdoor areas.
✔ Security Device Interference: Please do not tamper with or remove any approved security or monitoring devices. Security cameras are installed outside the house for your safety.
✔ Respect Quiet Hours: We want everyone to have a peaceful stay. Please keep noise levels down between 10pm to 8am.
✔ Cleanliness: Please treat the house as if it were your own. Kindly ensure it looks the same when you depart as it did upon your arrival. Please wash any dishes and leave them on the kitchen counter, as we will take care of arranging them ourselves.
✔ Respect Our Space: Treat our home with care and respect. Any damages caused by guests or pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
✔ Check-out Instructions: Before you depart, please tidy up the space. Wash dishes, dispose of trash properly, and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. We will send a detailed check-out procedure before your checkout time.
✔ Enjoy Our Amenities: Feel free to use the amenities provided, such as kitchen appliances and laundry facilities. Just remember to clean up after yourself.
✔ Help Conserve Resources: Please help us conserve electricity and water by turning them off when not being used (aircon, showers, etc.).
✔ No Playing of Balls Inside: Please refrain from playing with balls inside the house. Dribbling, throwing, bouncing, as this may possibly cause damage to our furniture.
✔ Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Let us know ahead of time if you want to extend your stay.
✔ Damages and Missing Items: Any stains, damages, broken, or missing items will be charged upon check-out. The host is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings.
✔ Communication is the key: If you have any questions or encounter any issues during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
✔ Caretaker: Our property has a designated caretaker who will greet you upon arrival and show you around. She will be able to assist you as needed throughout your stay. However, we encourage that you tip should you wish to show your appreciation for her servicing.
✔ Waiver of Liability: Casa Manta, its owners, and staff are not liable for guests' personal injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on its premises during guests' stay. Guests are advised to always exercise caution.

Getting There

By Car

If you’re driving, take the N. Bacalso Avenue (Cebu South Road) and follow the signs to Dalaguete. The drive takes about 2 hours to Dalaguete proper.

You can also opt to take the bus, Cebu City to San Remigio bus services, operated by Ceres Liner, which departs from SM Cebu Terminal station and costs roughly Php 210 (Php 260 if air-conditioned) one way but takes about 4-5 hours with all the stops and transfers.

For private transportation, you can navigate through Waze or Google Maps and search, Casa manta Cebu, San Remigio.

By Bus

Head to the South Bus Terminal in Cebu City and take a bus heading to Dalaguete. The trip usually takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic.

Car Rental

There are several car rental services in Cebu, including for trips to Mantalongon, Dalaguete. Many of these companies also offer driver services if you prefer not to drive yourself. Make sure to inquire about insurance, rental policies, and availability in advance to ensure a smooth experience!
